Second level has 5 bedrooms and 4 full baths, there is a ping pong table in garage as well as central air. We had a wonderful week in Osterville. The Ice Valley Road home is well-situated, with a very private lot. The home was perfect for our group of 10 and is very nicely decorated with a well-stocked kitchen. The master suite was incredible with a large, recently remodeled bathroom. There are lots of ways to unwind at the home - outdoor pool, hot tub, large back yard, kayak/paddle boarding on the pond, basketball. The home is also close to pickleball courts and downtown Osterville. There was plenty of seating for sit down meals for our party of 10. The owners were very responsive in responding to our request for umbrellas for the outdoor seating.

The house was absolutely perfect. Beautifully appointed, yet comfortable. We appreciated all the amenities of the pool, hot tub, beach pass and proximity to town (and to Amie Bakery!). We especially enjoyed the open kitchen/dining area with the view of the pool and the pond. The master bath had the best shower!!

105 Ice Valley Road was charming, spacious, and quiet. Plus the views of sunset were fabulous. But my favorite part of experience was the chef's kitchen. Although my daughter loved the pool at the house, but we were so close to to best beaches on Cape Cod we barely ever used the pool. This a great family option for Osterville MA. A short walk to town, pass for Dowes beach and a great swimming pool for after-beach swims. Luxurious setting with very comfortable air conditioned, modern amenities. The backyard is a peaceful oasis, looking out on the pond and further into North Bay. Morning meditation, afternoon swim and evening bonfire, this is a great vacation spot! We had a wonderful time all month. The house was so peaceful, the pool and kitchen were great and the town is wonderful!
