Surf Side Cottages began as a cottage colony in the 1940s and has welcomed generations of families and friends ever since. Just a short walk from resident-only Lecount Hollow Beach, the mid-century modern cottages are perfect for a family getaway or for groups who want to stay in separate cottages while vacationing together. Returning to the same week each summer has become a cherished tradition for many.

Silver Sands is just steps from Lecount Hollow Beach, with only one cottage between you and the sea! From the screened porch, you can hear the sound of the surf and enjoy the cool ocean breezes, making it the perfect spot for morning coffee or relaxing after a day at the beach. Step out of the cottage, towel in hand, and you’ll be on the resident-only beach in just moments.

This cozy cottage has all the knotty pine charm of a traditional mid-century modern beach cottage, along with an updated kitchen and bathroom for added comfort. It’s a private little seaside retreat within the friendly community of Surf Side, offering an easygoing Cape Cod vacation just steps from the water.

In the evenings, gather around the gas fireplace and take the chill off after a day at the beach. A mini-split keeps the cottage cool and comfortable on warm summer afternoons. With its wonderful location, classic cottage character, and close connection to the beach, Silver Sands is a special place to settle in and enjoy a true Cape Cod getaway.

Non-refundable $150.00 fee (includes administrative fee and damage waiver assurance) plus cleaning fee and applicable state and local taxes. Bring your own linens and towels.
