Surf Side Cottages began as a cottage colony in the 1940s and has welcomed generations of families and friends ever since. Just a short walk from resident-only Lecount Hollow Beach, the mid-century modern cottages are perfect for a family getaway or for groups who want to stay in separate cottages while vacationing together. Returning to the same week each summer has become a cherished tradition for many.

Ebb Tide is a wonderful Surf Side cottage, thoughtfully updated with improvements that make a Cape Cod getaway comfortable, easy, and enjoyable. Just 200 steps from the ocean, this charming cottage puts you close to the beach while offering a welcoming place to relax and unwind.

Head up to the rooftop deck, furnished with all-new outdoor furniture, and catch a peek of the ocean while enjoying a morning coffee or evening cocktail. It’s a wonderful spot to take in the coastal air and settle into the relaxed pace of summer.

Inside, the bathroom features a comfortable tub, while the fully equipped kitchen has everything the home cook needs to prepare meals and enjoy them together. Outside, you’ll find inviting seating, a fire pit for gathering under the stars, and a grill for easy summer cookouts.

Ebb Tide also offers a 50-amp outlet for your electric vehicle, adding an extra level of convenience to your stay.

Come enjoy the best of Surf Side living at Ebb Tide—close to the beach, comfortable and well-equipped, with the simple pleasures of rooftop sunsets, fire-pit evenings, and the unmistakable magic of summer in Wellfleet.
