Surf Side Cottages began as a cottage colony in the 1940s and has welcomed generations of families and friends ever since. Just a short walk from resident-only Lecount Hollow Beach, the mid-century modern cottages are perfect for a family getaway or for groups who want to stay in separate cottages while vacationing together. Returning to the same week each summer has become a cherished tradition for many.

The "Surf Rider" cottage maintains its wonderful mid-century modern character while incorporating thoughtful upgrades:

• Renovated kitchen with dishwasher
• Lightning fast Wi-Fi
• Smart TV in living room and in each of the three bedrooms
• Mini-split air conditioning and heating in each bedroom
• Sunny breakfast table
• Screened-in porch for outdoor dining
• Roof deck with distant ocean view
• Outdoor shower
• 400-yard walk to Lecount Hollow Beach, 5 minute drive to kettle ponds, less than a mile to Cape Cod Rail Trail entrance
• Fireplace

Surf Rider offers a rare combination of comfort, character, thoughtful design, and community. Come experience this very special cottage, where mid-century charm meets relaxed Cape Cod living—and where the history and spirit of the cottage colony are still very much alive.

Non-refundable $150.00 fee (includes administrative fee and damage waiver assurance) plus cleaning fee and applicable state and local taxes. Bring your own linens and towels.
