Surf Side Cottages began as a cottage colony in the 1940s and has welcomed generations of families and friends ever since. Just a short walk from resident-only Lecount Hollow Beach, the mid-century modern cottages are perfect for a family getaway or for groups who want to stay in separate cottages while vacationing together. Returning to the same week each summer has become a cherished tradition for many.

Cliffside Cottage is a beautifully renovated beach cottage that combines modern comfort with the timeless charm of a classic Cape Cod cottage colony. With cathedral ceilings in the main living area, the cottage feels wonderfully bright, airy, and welcoming from the moment you walk in.

The newly updated bathroom features an amazing shower. The bright, clean, and inviting kitchen is fully stocked for the home cook, making it easy to prepare everything from a quick breakfast to a relaxed dinner with family and friends.

Outside, the grounds offer a brand-new picnic table with an umbrella, creating a comfortable spot for outdoor meals and lazy summer afternoons. Adirondack chairs are positioned for outside seating where you can sit back, enjoy the breeze, and watch the world go by. Lecount Hollow ocean beach is a mere 350 feet away!

Cliffside offers the best of both worlds: the comfort and ease of a beautifully updated home while still retaining the character, charm, and laid-back spirit of a true beach cottage. Come relax in this bright and beautifully renovated retreat, and experience the unique Cape Cod cottage-colony lifestyle—where simple pleasures, community, and time by the sea are all part of the experience.

Pets allowed before Memorial Day and after Labor Day. Pet fee $100.

Non-refundable $150.00 fee (includes administrative fee and damage waiver assurance) plus cleaning fee and applicable state and local taxes. Bring your own linens and towels.
