Surf Side Cottages began as a cottage colony in the 1940s and has welcomed generations of families and friends ever since. Just a short walk from resident-only Lecount Hollow Beach, the mid-century modern cottages are perfect for a family getaway or for groups who want to stay in separate cottages while vacationing together. Returning to the same week each summer has become a cherished tradition for many.

Surf King is a wonderful traditional cottage nestled within the Surf Side cottage community. Situated on the ocean side of the colony, this charming retreat is just steps across the sand to gorgeous Lecount Hollow Beach. It’s the perfect setting for enjoying the relaxed, unhurried rhythm of a classic Cape Cod beach vacation.

Step inside and you’ll find the warm, timeless character of the mid-century modern cottage, including the knotty pine that gives these cottages their unmistakable charm. The beautifully updated kitchen adds a fresh, comfortable touch while preserving the cottage’s traditional feel.

The screened porch is a wonderful place to slow down with a morning coffee or enjoy the coastal breeze, while the rooftop deck offers the perfect vantage point for watching the sunset and gathering with family and friends as the evening unfolds.

Come experience Surf King and discover the simple pleasures of Surf Side living—sand beneath your feet, sunsets from the rooftop, ocean air, and the unique charm of a classic Wellfleet cottage community just steps from Lecount Hollow Beach.
