Sleeping six across three bedrooms, the home offers a first-floor queen bedroom, two second-floor bedrooms with two twin beds each, a first-floor bathroom with a tub, and a stunning second-floor full bathroom with a walk-in shower. A 2025 dormer addition creates a cozy upstairs lounge with a Roku smart TV, complemented by a second lounge area with another smart TV. Thank you for the yummy welcome gifts. Your house is great - clean, wonderfully fragrance-free, and the best decorated house we've ever stayed in. We love the artwork - so unique! And let's not forget the Nespresso machine! (we bring our own but were thrilled to find another Nespresso lover and swag collector!)Date of stay: September 22 - October 5

Robert Paul is a class act. They were so helpful with everything, always happy to help and advise.
The home was beautiful, very clean and nice updates. I would not recommend it for anyone with any mobility issues as the downstairs bathroom is not updated, extremely low toilet which was very difficult for my mother who had knee replacement surgery 6 weeks ago. No
grab bars in the showers downstairs. both stairs going up and down we’re not the easiest. I would not recommend this for elderly or mobility challenged people. We had a wonderful time despite these issues. Thank you!

Manager's Response

Thank you for your kind words about our team and the home. We’re so glad you enjoyed your stay and found the property beautiful and well cared for. We appreciate your thoughtful feedback regarding mobility considerations and will share your notes with the homeowner so they can be taken into account for future improvements. The owners do have suction grab bars that they keep stored under the bathroom sink for any guests who may need them. We will see about making that information more known to future renters. We’re delighted you had a wonderful time, and we hope to welcome you back to Cape Cod again.
