This well maintained 2 bedroom, 2 bath, contemporary home is situated in a private, wooded area near the ocean side beaches off Route 6. The first floor has a fully equipped kitchen adjacent to the dining area, as well as two sets of sliders leading to the expansive deck. The living area has a flat screen TV and a lovely mural gate that closes across the 2nd floor stairs. The second floor features both bedrooms, one with a queen sized bed and the other with a twin trundle bed. Both bedrooms feature a small, private balcony overlooking the Wellfleet woods.
An administrative fee and applicable taxes may apply. Linens are not provided—guests may bring their own or rent. This property does not have air conditioning.

The house was charming, the kitchen was well equipped, and the back deck was ideal for everything from sipping morning coffee to sipping a pre-dinner cocktail. It's a very short drive to the ocean beaches, or even a bike ride, if you don't mind riding on the street. And you can reach the Cape
Cod rail trail without having to load your bikes onto the car.

Have vacationed in Welfleet for years, know the area very well. The cottage is well located between the National Sea Shore and Welfleet Harbor. Great area for biking or just relaxing at the house. The house itself was nice, but in need of updating, most irritating were holes in screens which let mosquitoes in constantly, and the check in, check out times, 4 pm arrival and 9 am check out! Renters lose both Saturdays, based on past experiences we’ve had 2 pm check in, 10 or 11 am check out.
