Inside, you’ll find a cozy and well-appointed layout featuring a bright living area with stunning water views, a fully equipped kitchen, dining space, and two first-floor bedrooms—one with a queen bed and the other with two twins. A sleeping loft upstairs provides two additional twin beds, making it ideal for families or groups of up to 6 guests.

A powerful AC wall unit in the main living space keeps the home cool and comfortable, even reaching the loft and bedrooms. Outside, enjoy the spacious deck overlooking the bay, fire up the gas grill for dinner, and rinse off in the enclosed outdoor shower after a swim.

Loved staying at this house! It's all about the view and the adirondacks. House was perfect size for our family of four. Biggest drawback of the house is the uncomfortable mattresses. It's also slightly removed from the ideal sandbar experience, which is just a 5-min walk down the beach, obviously not the house's fault.

This was our 2nd time staying at this property and it was just as fantastic the 2nd time around. We loved being on the bay and enjoying the water as well as the fantastic. The house was very well equipped and meticulously maintained. We will definitely be back.

We were familiar with this area in Eastham from many previous years of staying at the Cape, but we had never traveled down this section of Bay Road. We found this to be the NICEST home we have EVER rented on the water overlooking Cape Cod Bay. This is a very quiet and quaint section of Eastham. The location of this home is spectacular, and the deck is situated right on the edge of the water. Sunsets were magnificent. This section of beach is fantastic to walk on during low tide. This home is very cozy and user friendly, and it will comfortably accommodate 6 adults. The kitchen and living room areas are spacious, and there is a large screened in porch as well. The staff at Cape Cod Oceanview Realty were extremely friendly and helpful, making sure that our stay was problem-free. I would enthusiastically recommend doing business with Cape Cod Oceanview Realty. My family and I would definitely love to return to this property in the future. Overall, this was a truly fun and memorable vacation staying at this lovely house.
