Please refer to the photo below to identify which lockbox style matches the one at your rental. Each lockbox type opens slightly different, so reviewing the image will help you understand the correct way to access your key.
STANDARD KEY LOCK BOX
- Slide down plastic door
- Roll the numbers to the code(you may need to roll all the numbers a few times if code does not work immediately)
- Push down on toggle switch left of the numbers
- While the toggle is held down, gently pull towards you and the door should open. Review video if it does not open
KEYSAFE LOCK BOX
- Push or slide down the clear toggle
- Enter the assigned code
- Push or slide down the OPEN toggle
- While holding down on the open toggle, door should open as shown in picture
