Cape Cod provides a beautiful setting for the annual Field of Honor flag display from November 9-13. The patriotic display of 400 U.S. flags will honor those who have worn the military uniforms of the United States while serving to defend our freedom at home and around the world. The "Field of Honor" at Johnny Kelley Park in South Dennis, honors veterans, first responders, and community heroes. This patriotic display is held around Veterans Day, and visitors are invited to walk among the flags for free to pay tribute to those who have served. Flag sponsorships are available and support local charities that assist veterans, particularly those with PTSD and Traumatic Brain Injuries.
