Upon departure, we kindly ask that you make all reasonable efforts to leave the property in the same condition as when you arrived. Listed below are some helpful tips:


  • Please wipe clean counters, stovetops, ovens and microwaves.
  • Please wash and return all kitchen utensils - plates, cups, cutlery, etc. (remember to empty the dishwasher).
  • Please remove any items from the refrigerator.
  • Check to make sure the washer and dryer are empty.
  • Please remove or discard any personal items from the bathrooms.
  • Please check under the beds, inside closets and dresser drawers.
  • If you moved furniture, please return it to the original location.
  • Should cleaning supplies be available, we kindly request that any sand or debris be vacuumed or broom swept.
  • Please leave A/C units at the same levels to which they were set upon your arrival.
  • Please close any outside umbrellas.
  • Please lock all doors and windows.
  • Please remember to place both keys back in the lockbox.
  • Please straighten and clean the outside area if needed, including the grill(s);  If you are staying at a pet-friendly property, please remember to pick up after your pet and dispose of doggie bags.
