This salt box style home is in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to Dyer Pond and a short drive to the ocean, Wellfleet Center and bay beaches. The large deck provides space to lounge outside and the home offers two newly renovated bathrooms (2012) and new windows throughout (2012). The home boasts an open floor plan with a fully equipped kitchen and dining room, as well as a separate living room. The first level also has a bedroom with two twin sized beds and a full bath with shower. The second level features a loft area with twin sized bed, a spacious bedroom with two twin sized beds, a third bedroom with a king sized bed, and a second bath with bench seat and shower. Comfortably furnished, the home offers many amenities including flat screen TV, wireless internet, cable, gas grill and an enclosed outdoor shower. An administrative fee and applicable taxes may apply. Linens are not provided—guests may bring their own or rent. This property does not have air conditioning.

Our second year in this house and we had a great time. Sizeable rooms, a great kitchen and dining space and a very nice outdoor deck. Also within a reasonable walk to Dyer Pond...if you know the way. Only problem: this was a very hot summer. Fans worked OK...but we did wish for some AC.
