Surf Side Cottages began as a cottage colony in the 1940s and has welcomed generations of families and friends ever since. Just a short walk from resident-only Lecount Hollow Beach, the mid-century modern cottages are perfect for a family getaway or for groups who want to stay in separate cottages while vacationing together. Returning to the same week each summer has become a cherished tradition for many.

Bonnie Dune is a classic Cape Cod cottage with plenty of thoughtful updates, offering the perfect blend of traditional charm and modern comfort. Head up to the rooftop deck and catch a peek of the ocean, or step into the screened porch, settle into a chair, and stay awhile—the perfect place to enjoy the Cape Cod breeze and let the pace of summer slow down.

Inside, Bonnie Dune is lovely and welcoming, with an updated kitchen and updated bathroom, comfortable furnishings, and all the charm you hope to find in a traditional beach cottage. The original-style knotty pine walls add warmth and character, preserving that special cottage-colony feeling while the updates make your stay easy and comfortable.

Whether you’re returning from a day at the beach, gathering for a leisurely meal, or simply relaxing on the porch, Bonnie Dune makes it easy to unwind and enjoy the quintessential Wellfleet experience. Come relax, recharge, and settle into one of the especially charming cottages at Surf Side Cottage Colony—where classic Cape Cod character meets the simple pleasures of summer by the sea.
