Surf Side Cottages began as a cottage colony in the 1940s and has welcomed generations of families and friends ever since. Just a short walk from resident-only Lecount Hollow Beach, the mid-century modern cottages are perfect for a family getaway or for groups who want to stay in separate cottages while vacationing together. Returning to the same week each summer has become a cherished tradition for many.

Piney Ridge invites you to slow down, settle in, and enjoy the best of summer by the sea. The screened porch is the perfect spot to relax with a morning coffee, an evening cocktail, or simply enjoy the gentle summer breezes and peaceful surroundings.

Inside, the cottage has been newly renovated with a bright, airy feel. The contemporary blue-and-white kitchen is beautifully appointed and well-stocked for preparing everything from a casual breakfast to a delicious dinner after a day at the beach. The equally light and airy living room features cathedral ceilings and a mini-split for comfortable heating and cooling, while the classic knotty pine walls preserve the warmth and character of a traditional cottage colony.

Just steps from Lecount Hollow Beach and surrounded by charming mid-century modern cottages, Piney Ridge offers a wonderful blend of updated comfort and authentic Cape Cod character. It’s the perfect Wellfleet beach retreat for relaxing, reconnecting, and enjoying the simple pleasures of summer—sand between your toes, ocean breezes, and the laid-back spirit of a classic cottage colony.

Non-refundable $150.00 fee (includes administrative fee and damage waiver assurance) plus cleaning fee and applicable state and local taxes. Bring your own linens and towels.
