We had an incredible stay at this Hyannis Port home. It is a stunning home from the moment you pull into the driveway. Every bedroom is comfortable and private. Every amenity is carefully thought-out from the well-stocked kitchen to the outdoor showers. While the indoor space is ample and so pretty, the back yard is the show-stopper. A beautiful deck leading to an immaculate pool and hot tub. The landscaping is gorgeous. You almost don’t know where to sit to relax because there are so many options - on the deck, near the pool, over by the waterfall and tennis court, or more secluded down by the pond on the cozy hammock or cushioned seats in the (powered!) gazebo. I read a cheesy summer books in each of those places and on a float in the pool! But most of the time we played pool basketball, biked, ran/walked to the beach right nearby, or played tennis on the private clay courts. We had not played tennis with our boys (ages 8-17) since they were little, but we played every day and evening on these courts and it was so awesome. Because the house has so much seating and space, we were also able to have friends stop by for meals and a few hours at the pool. Overall, our best trip of the summer and one that we will definitely do again. Thank you for such great memories and family time!

The Butler Family enjoyed the pool and hot tub and the lovely sunsets by the pond.We enjoyed and appreciated the short walk to the nearby beaches, particularly Keyes Beach as the water is shallow and you can see lost of boats coming in and out of the harbor.We had an amazing time at this beautiful home and spent many evenings after a long day at the beach relaxing in the many wonderful rooms and outdoor areas.

We are so happy to return to your beautiful home for another amazing week on Cape Cod. We especially enjoyed the pool, hot tub and tennis courts (again) and the many adventures we were able to take, given the central location. This year we tried mini gold and ventured to Martha's Vineyard, just to name a few. Then we were able to come back to the house and relax before preparing family dinners. We are grateful to have had the opportunity to spend this time together this year, and can't express how much we appreciate your hospitality.

The Turnbull family arrived for the July 4th Holiday and to celebrate our daughter's birthday. Our favorite time was playing tennis, swimming and using the hot tub. We enjoyed the beautiful home and grounds!

Beautiful home and a perfect spot to enjoy the lovely tranquility of Cape Cod. We enjoyed our stay here immensely. The house is very clean, and feels light and spacious, thanks to the natural coastal décor. Outside there are many amenities to enjoy, such as the pool, tennis courts, hot tub and outdoor fire pit, nestled amongst stunning gardens and lovely pond views. There’s lot of places to sit and lounge, whilst sipping on your morning coffee! The beach is within easy walking distance and it was great fun to watch the kite surfers on a windy day. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and hope to come back again soon!

We had the joy of staying at this private estate located in Historic Hyannis Port during the summer. The grounds are magnificent. Beautiful stone walls, pool, tennis court, koi pond, gazebo, pond, hot tub, firepit, and a huge deck to entertain. The sunsets over the pond are stunning. The 2 outdoor showers were great! We enjoyed walking distance to the beach in a quaint quintessential historic neighborhood. Kids loved riding their bikes in this friendly private community. Also a very short drive to downtown Hyannis Main street (2 miles away) with lots of restaurants, shopping, and ferries to Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket. The town Beach Pass was a bonus! The inside of the home was lovely. Beautiful gourmet kitchen fully stocked for the chefs in our family! Large dining room with plenty of seating for all of us. The home was perfect for our family of 10 and has a beautiful coastal decor. We were never bored! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful Cape Cod Hyannis Port home!

Our family of 5 stayed at this property last summer. The house itself is spacious, clean, and decorated with a beachy vibe. The outside has a stunning deck to enjoy the meals you cook in the spacious kitchen. We enjoyed many nights relaxing outside after a swim or soaking in the hot tub. The kids and my husband enjoyed playing tennis during the day. The grounds are made for exploring...we found the koi pond, hidden gazebo, and kayak launching spot right away! This property is the perfect retreat for pure relaxation and has all the comforts of your own home. We have very active kids and they were never bored. In fact, they keep asking when we are coming back to this amazingly lovely spot on the Cape. We would all rate it an 11 out of 10!

Since we don't have a swimming pool at our home in New York- We really wanted a house with a pool. We have thoroughly enjoyed taking daily dips!!!But, most of all, we enjoyed and appreciated the privacy and peace the house has to offer. Tennis courts a fun plus too!
