We had the joy of staying at this private estate located in Historic Hyannis Port during the summer. The grounds are magnificent. Beautiful stone walls, pool, tennis court, koi pond, gazebo, pond, hot tub, firepit, and a huge deck to entertain. The sunsets over the pond are stunning. The 2 outdoor showers were great! We enjoyed walking distance to the beach in a quaint quintessential historic neighborhood. Kids loved riding their bikes in this friendly private community. Also a very short drive to downtown Hyannis Main street (2 miles away) with lots of restaurants, shopping, and ferries to Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket. The town Beach Pass was a bonus! The inside of the home was lovely. Beautiful gourmet kitchen fully stocked for the chefs in our family! Large dining room with plenty of seating for all of us. The home was perfect for our family of 10 and has a beautiful coastal decor. We were never bored! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful Cape Cod Hyannis Port home!

Our family of 5 stayed at this property last summer. The house itself is spacious, clean, and decorated with a beachy vibe. The outside has a stunning deck to enjoy the meals you cook in the spacious kitchen. We enjoyed many nights relaxing outside after a swim or soaking in the hot tub. The kids and my husband enjoyed playing tennis during the day. The grounds are made for exploring...we found the koi pond, hidden gazebo, and kayak launching spot right away! This property is the perfect retreat for pure relaxation and has all the comforts of your own home. We have very active kids and they were never bored. In fact, they keep asking when we are coming back to this amazingly lovely spot on the Cape. We would all rate it an 11 out of 10!

Beautiful home and a perfect spot to enjoy the lovely tranquility of Cape Cod. We enjoyed our stay here immensely. The house is very clean, and feels light and spacious, thanks to the natural coastal décor. Outside there are many amenities to enjoy, such as the pool, tennis courts, hot tub and outdoor fire pit, nestled amongst stunning gardens and lovely pond views. There’s lot of places to sit and lounge, whilst sipping on your morning coffee! The beach is within easy walking distance and it was great fun to watch the kite surfers on a windy day. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and hope to come back again soon!
