Upstairs you will find two ensuite bedrooms (each with a king bed) and a fourth bedroom with a queen bed. An additional full guest bath completes the layout. The pool and attached spa will be located to the side of the home and offer lounge areas and additional outdoor dining space.
Sesuit Neck is a breathtaking neighborhood with true coastal charm and the location offers easy access to the best that Cape Cod has to offer. Harborview Beach is just .7 miles away, while Corporation Beach is 1.6 miles, Mayflower Beach is 3.5 miles and Chapin Beach is 4.3 miles. Picturesque Dennis Village along historic Route 6A is 1.7 miles away with plenty of great shopping and dining options. While in town, be sure to take advantage of the world famous Cape Playhouse, and catch a first rate theatre experience. No Dennis vacation is complete without stopping at the Sesuit Harbor Cafe and grabbing one of their excellent lobster rolls!
Pictures of the pool progress will be updated throughout the off season as construction progresses. Sat to Sat, 7 night minimum rentals only during the peak season. 4 nights stays at a reduced rate are available in the shoulder seasons. Subject to applicable taxes and fees. Dogs may be considered on a case by case basis. All linens and towels are provided. All Robert Paul Vacation Rental bookings include a non-refundable $250 fee that includes administrative fee and damage waiver insurance for self-reported incidental damage up to $1,000.00.
