77 Robbins St, Osterville RP

We have stayed at this property for the past three years and have had an amazing stay each time. It is a beautiful property in a great location and it is perfect for our multi-family trip. And we always have a great experience working with Michelle and her team. They are extremely responsive and detail oriented, and we really appreciate their assistance.

This is a beautifully maintained and furnished home. Attention to detail with stocked kitchen and high quality linens. The beds are comfortable - the bunk room is fantastic for kids with room for air mattresses if needed. An easy walk to the village to some great restaurants, and a quick drive to the beach. We hope we can go back and stay again some day!!!

This was a great find!! We were very impressed with how well maintained this house is, and every thought/detail that went into it, including an outdoor shower when returning from the beach and gas grill near deck for easy use. We found there to be a LOT more room in this house than appears from the outside. Plenty of comfortable beds to sleep in, with a bedroom off the family room for people who may have a tough time with stairs. The open kitchen and dining area allowed us to spend evenings as a family playing games at the table while Mom cooked or Dad grilled. Dowes Beach was a very short drive away, and we enjoyed walking into town every day for a meal, groceries or ice cream. Can't wait to visit again this year!

We had a lovely time in Osterville, the house was very nice and well equipped for our stay. It was within a short walk to the town and the local beach was close by, a short drive or about a 20 minute walk and it was a lovely beach. We all enjoyed our stay on cape cod and visited others towns, we went whale watching, hired bikes, kayaking, trip to Boston, Provincetown, we had a great time and did as much as we could do, Michelle the property manager was on hand for any queries or small problems we had and anything we questioned was dealt with. Would recommend for a stay.

We were looking last fall for a five bedroom home that would accommodate eight adults and two small children, to bring our family all together for a relaxing vacation. We found it in this property. The upstairs bedrooms and bath allowed a quiet space for our daughter, her husband and two little ones who needed to go to bed early. The other 3 bedrooms and bath and a half were just right for our other two children and their spouses and for us. Add in a family room, fully stocked eat in kitchen, finished basement with ping pong table, TV and laundry facilities, a deck and nice yard with grill and outdoor shower, and we were all set for the week. Walking distance to Osterville village allowed us our daily "dose" of Dunkin coffee, and the experience of some new places like the wonderful Pineapple Cafe, the Armstrong-Kelley Park with a wooden train to climb on for our grandson, a Farmers' Market on Friday - and always - our favorite - Dowse's Beach. The beach pass provided with this rental gave us a chance to spend time at this family friendly beach, usually earmarked for residents only. A lovely week, house was great, would absolutely rent this again.

Breathtaking home with all of the amenities a family needs and more! Lovely neighborhood for walking or jogging and a quick, enjoyable walk to the adorable town center with fun shopping! The kids enjoyed playing in the large yard and the parents loved the large playroom for the kids to play the many fun games and ping pong on a rainy afternoon. This home is updated with every modern convenience and kept immaculate. We had many wonderful evenings grilling on the back deck and enjoying the salty, fresh Cape Cod air. I highly recommend this rental property and we look forward to visiting again this summer!

What a wonderful vacation home! The house is very clean, excellent furnishings and is well kept. So much room for large families (5 bedrooms, 2 and 1/2 baths), living area is very spacious, kitchen that is fully functional, large finished basement, large deck and yard). The house sits in a very quiet neighborhood but is within walking distance or short drive to quaint town of Osterville, which has a few very nice restaurants. Beaches are also a short drive away! Great views and scenery in the village and surrounding areas if you go for walks or runs. I can't wait to rent this property again and absolutely recommend staying here.

We loved our stay at 77 Robbins Street in Osterville! The house is large with 5 big bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathsrooms. It was great to have an outdoor shower to use after a day at the beach! It's an easy walk into town (about 10 minutes) to get to all the restaurants, shops, and market on Main St. Having the beach pass was excellent - we could go to any beach in Barnstable County!! Everyone loved Dowses Beach because it was so close and the kids also loved going to the lake nearby to fish.
