This beautiful Cape Cod home located in the village of Marston's Mills overlooks Prince Cove and has its own private deep-water dock with power and water to care for your boat. Enjoy swimming in the private and beautifully landscaped pool with Jacuzzi or sit around the new fire pit. Enjoy one of many decks overlooking the water. The home has large kitchen with seating, den with TV and a view, living room, two first level bedrooms [ king and queen] and two full baths. Lower level with full size windows has another TV room, three bedrooms [ queen, 3 twins, queen] and two full baths. A/C, washer and dryer, upper and lower outside decks to enjoy the ocean breeze and just relax. Perfect for gatherings. Supermarket is right up the street. Situated near the public boat ramp for your boat or use your private dock. Access to Nantucket Sound, you may want to cruise over to the islands of Nantucket or Martha's Vineyard! This is truly an amazing location.
HOME amenities fire pit, hot tub, outdoor shower, beach pass, beach towels, beach chairs, gas grill, drip coffee maker and K cup coffee maker, all linens included starter supply of items for stay.
PLEASE note pool is shut down end of September.

Amazing is an understatement! This house had everything we needed and more to have the perfect family vacation. We enjoyed coffee on our private dock, cooked as a family in the huge kitchen, enjoyed swimming in the pool all afternoon and then relaxed under the stars in the hot tub. The beach was a short ride away and immaculately clean. We had more than enough room for the whole family to be together and enjoy games inside and out. Thank you for all of the wonderful new memories and a special thank you to Michelle Sylvia. She was available, responsive and a terrific hostess. As first time visitors to Cape Cod, we can’t wait to return and make even more memories!

I would like to say that the property in Marston mills was great. There was plenty of room for everyone. Multiple places to relax and enjoy the view of the lake.I would stay at this property again. Nice location. Management company was great from the beginning to the end of our stay.
