This beautiful Cape Cod home located in the village of Marston's Mills overlooks Prince Cove and has its own private deep-water dock with power and water to care for your boat. Enjoy swimming in the private and beautifully landscaped pool with Jacuzzi or sit around the new fire pit. Enjoy one of many decks overlooking the water. The home has large kitchen with seating, den with TV and a view, living room, two first level bedrooms [ king and queen] and two full baths. Lower level with full size windows has another TV room, three bedrooms [ queen, 3 twins, queen] and two full baths. A/C, washer and dryer, upper and lower outside decks to enjoy the ocean breeze and just relax. Perfect for gatherings. Supermarket is right up the street. Situated near the public boat ramp for your boat or use your private dock. Access to Nantucket Sound, you may want to cruise over to the islands of Nantucket or Martha's Vineyard! This is truly an amazing location.
HOME amenities fire pit, hot tub, outdoor shower, beach pass, beach towels, beach chairs, gas grill, drip coffee maker and K cup coffee maker, all linens included starter supply of items for stay.
PLEASE note pool is shut down end of September.

this is by far the best cape house we have stayed in. pool and hot tub were wonderful. the dock was great for swimming and taking our small dinghy out. we didn't kayak or paddleboard but could have done that too! comfortable beds, lots of space to spread out and get comfortable for a large multifamily vacation. pool heat stopped working one day and the team was very quick to get it fixed. we will be back!

When you spend your limited family vacation time and money on what is billed as a luxury rental, you want it to be hassle free. Unfortunately that was not our experience with this home. Some of the issues we had with our stay were fixed and some were not, but it was an inconvenience throughout. One toilet was broken to the point of being unusable (never fixed), the dishwasher was broken (fixed after a few days), the pool table umbrella was broken (replaced after a few days) and the kitchen was poorly stocked. We were told that the issues stemmed from a long-term renter leaving the day before our stay. To my mind, the homeowner should have either been more aware that issues are likely after a long term rental and left more time between the long-term renter and the summer rental season or should have discounted our stay for not receiving the home as advertised and paid for. He choose to do neither. Otherwise, the home is in a lovely residential location on Prince Cove.

Sorry to hear about your issues below. The home was newly stocked for your stay with new towels, sheets, kitchen items and microwave. I am sorry if a few of those items arrived after check in.
I ordered a new umbrella for the home and Wayfair had a shipping delay resulting in 2 days with no umbrella. The owner added a new fire pit and outdoor shower for the 2023 season. The dishwasher did work but needed a small part, that was replaced and out of 4 full bathrooms we did have a toilet issue but the sink, shower and tub in that bathroom were operable.

I would like to say that the property in Marston mills was great. There was plenty of room for everyone. Multiple places to relax and enjoy the view of the lake.I would stay at this property again. Nice location. Management company was great from the beginning to the end of our stay.
