This large home easily accommodated our family of ten and is in a great location. When we arrived, we were welcomed with flowers and a box of candy. The house is immaculately clean and beautifully decorated with incredible attention to detail. We appreciated that the house was fully stocked with every household item and convenience we could imagine. There were plenty of paper and cleaning products, more than enough dishes, utensils, and glassware, and a seemingly endless supply of linens and towels. Additionally, there were multiple beach chairs available for our use. There is a great backyard with a grill, abundant seating and a lovely view of the water. There is a short walk to a beautiful private beach which we thoroughly enjoyed. Inside there are all modern appliances. There is high top seating in the kitchen and there is a separate eating area with large windows overlooking the backyard. The dining room has a large table, and a separate area off of the dining room is well suited for chess and reading. The living room has a large screen TV and comfortable seating. There are six bedrooms (one on the first floor and five on the second floor) which were well appointed and accommodated our six adults and four children. Overall, this home exceeded our already high expectations and was a perfect stay for our family.

We had a great week on the Cape. The house was perfect for our family. The young kids enjoyed the bedroom over the garage. Great indoor spaces. Back yard and patio were also excellent. Most of all easy access to the private beach.

My family of 14 consisting of 3 generations enjoyed one of our best vacations at Magnolia by the sea. The home is spectacular, lots of rooms and bathrooms, immaculate, beautifully furnished and a well-equipped gourmet kitchen. There is nothing we would change and the private beach with an easy walk was the topping on cake. We have been renting homes on the cape for 9 years and this was by far the best. Michelle was very accommodating and responded to inquiries quickly.

We spent over a week at 19 Magnolia. It was a somber occasion, scattering my parents ashes at the Cape. We also had the opportunity to meet with relative from CT, RI and MA that we had not seen in years. It’s was theBEST. The house was the perfect background. We had plenty of space inside and out and the location. Amazing - we took walks on the beach with the horseshoe crabs. Took a boat fishing out of Falmouth and the fresh fish were tasty. So many adventures in such a short time. Thank you for making this such a special occasion!

For a large family, with people coming and going at different times throughout the week, the house was wonderful. Such a beautiful home in a great location that we were able to walk to the private beach, take the kids for strolls early morning, enjoy family meals off the grill, from the beautiful kitchen or the many local restaurants. Very spacious and plenty of room for everyone. The house was equipped with everything we needed and more. Everyone truly enjoyed our vacation.

We had a great time! The house was beautiful and accommodating in every respect. I've rented a number of homes on the Cape, and this is the first listing description that was 100% accurate. The home and grounds were very clean and well-maintained. The beach was also very nice, and a short walk from the house. Excellent property that I would highly recommend to friends and family!
