My wife and I were looking for a place to rent on Cape Cod for the 4th of July week to spend with her family members. We found the house on 126 Marston Ave on the Robert Paul Properties web site and were very happy with it. The main level has 2 bedrooms (including the master), a full bath and a half bath, the kitchen, two family rooms (both with good sized TV sets), a dining area with a nice sized table, and a breakfast table which we happily turned into the Scrabble center each evening. The upstairs comprises 4 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, giving us a number of options for who could stay where. There was a nice patio off the back of the house with chairs, an outdoor table complete with umbrella, and a Weber propane grill which was very handy for cooking dinners.It's also frequently said that the three important things for a house are location, location, and location. This place did not disappoint in that regard, the beach was about a 15-minute walk, and a beach pass was included for parking at the beach if so desired. Good restaurants were fairly close, including Black Cat and Spanky's. My wife is really into "clams with the bellies" and she was very happy with what she found. Somebody suggested Four Seas Ice Cream for dessert and that was a winner as well! We would definitely consider renting this house again! -- Carl

This home is beautifully appointed and incredibly cozy and comfortable. Feels like the ocean even when inside. It is a short walk to the beach and lovely neighborhoods for strolling. Also just a quick drive to restaurants and other towns with lovely spots. The scenery in the area is superb. The house itself is large enough to accommodate several families comfortably. Even though there was snow on the ground, it was a wonderful stay. I would definitely return, any time of year
The property was clean and tidy. Very well stocked kitchen. Lots of bath towels. Fine kitchen appliances.
