Welcome to your perfect seaside getaway in Harwich Port: 12 Atlantic Avenue. This charming vacation rental offers breathtaking ocean views and is just a short 150-foot stroll away from the beach. Harwich Port Village is just .3 miles away, making walking to dinner and shopping a breeze. With 4 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, this home comfortably accommodates up to 6 people. A true taste of the bygone era of old Cape Cod mixed with modern comforts.
As you pull up to the home, you will note the full sized front porch with seating to enjoy the view. A perfectly appointed side yard features an outdoor shower, dining table and room for some games. Inside, the main floor has the dining area, a comfortable living room with cable TV, the kitchen with upgraded appliances and the full bathroom. The second floor features the 4 bedrooms which feature 2 queen beds, 1 full bed and 1 single bed.
In addition to the beach, this home is conveniently located near various attractions and activities. Explore the charming town of Harwich Port, known for its quaint shops, delicious seafood restaurants, and rich maritime history. Embark on a fishing excursion, go kayaking in the tranquil waters, or hop on a bike and discover the scenic trails. OR… if you want… do nothing. Listen to the waves, swim in the warm Nantucket Sound waters and watch the light fade over the water as dinner cooks on the grill.

Saturday to Saturday rentals, seven night minimum during peak season. Please inquire about 4 night minimums during the shoulder and off season! Applicable taxes and fees apply. Wall mounted AC on the main floor, central AC on the second floor. All linens and towels are provided. All Robert Paul Vacation Rental bookings include a non-refundable $250 fee that includes administrative fee and damage waiver insurance for self-reported incidental damage up to $1,000.00.

2024 UPDATE: Hi all! Please feel free to book and inquire for 2024 dates! Big updates coming. The property next year will be a 3 BED 1.5 BATH property that still sleeps 6. The owners are removing the small upstairs bedroom with one twin bed and adding a new full bathroom with a shower. The 2 queen bedrooms and the full bedroom will remain. The current downstairs full bath will be converted to a half bathroom AND a washer/dryer! 2024 season is Sat. To Sat. 7 Night minimums during the peak season and 4 night minimum stays during the shoulder seasons.

The remainder of the 2023 season is still available in the current configuration of 4 BED / 1 BATH.
