I would need multiple pages to list and describe this Mid-Cape rental property. Every aspect was designed and incorporated to make it the best! The quality of furnishings can not be over emphasized. The renovations done after the cottage ownership changed last year addressed every inch of living space, inside and out. It is beautiful, charming and comfortable. The location is ideal! The setting makes you feel as if you are on a luxury cruise, with changing tidal river movement, sunrise and sunsets, coastal birds, and river recreation such as kayaking and paddle boarding. It is a friendly neighborhood and safe for long walks. The cottage was supplied with all anticipated needs. If you are looking for beach property, you are steps from the large Barnstable town Craigville Beach and a parking permit is included. For families, kid games, puzzles and yard games are provided too. After time swimming and a day at the beach, be sure and enjoy the delightful outdoor shower.

We have stayed 2 years now! I love coming to Cape Cod! The home is magical, its so amazing and comfortable! The view is amazing and we love being able to walk to the beach across the street or use the beach pass to try another beach. Comfortable beds and luxurious bedding. Well stocked home, we really hate to leave!
