At the heart of the home, the newly designed kitchen blends contemporary finishes with beachside simplicity, opening seamlessly to the airy dining and family room, a space meant for gathering, laughter, and unforgettable moments.

Beyond the living area, large glass doors lead to an expansive waterfront deck, where each evening brings a new masterpiece of color as the sun sets over the harbor. A private boardwalk and stairway invite you down to the sandy beach below, where you can stroll the shoreline, launch a kayak, or simply listen to the rhythm of the waves.

The home’s thoughtful layout offers both comfort and privacy for families and guests. On the main level, you’ll find a serene primary suite with king bed and renovated en suite bath, two additional queen bedrooms, and a cozy office with a futon, perfect for quiet reading or remote work. A second beautifully updated full bath completes this level.

Up the spiral staircase awaits a second primary suite, complete with a king bed and private bath, while a lofted bunk room with two twin trundle beds provide a cheerful, tucked-away space for younger guests.

Throughout the home, ductless air conditioning, modern furnishings, and careful design touches ensure every stay is as comfortable as it is memorable. With owner approval, even your four-legged family member is welcome to join in on the fun with an added fee.

The view was spectacular and the peacefulness of the area was superb. We referred to the upstairs master suite with a bath as the Taj Mahal. The kitchen would have made Julia Child happy. The down side was the water was undrinkable and needed to be bought from the store. In addition, none of the mattresses were great with the exception of the one I mentioned. Adults had to double up with twin "prison like" mattresses, leaving no mattress for one of our guests who then needed to sleep on the couch. The owner needs to invest in luxury mattresses considering the weekly rental cost is as much as a used car.
