My family (2 adults and 2 young children) really enjoyed our stay. We've been longtime Cape renters but this was our first time in Orleans and found the town to be very charming -- fantastic beaches and restaurants! The home was well-decorated and had a spacious kitchen/eating area. It was also close to downtown and Nauset and Skaket beaches. The large deck was great and we were pleasantly surprised to find a large new outdoor shower (the listing description did not include this feature). The central air was a bonus after a hot day at the beach. A few recommendations to make this a 5-star rating:-blackout curtains in bedrooms-larger pantry space (hard to fit food for an entire week in one small cabinet)-upgrade the pillows and mattresses (we found them somewhat uncomfortable)-couch was on the small/uncomfortable side -floor did not appear to be swept/vacuumed when we arrived but other areas of the house were clean

We very much enjoyed our stay at the rental. Great location, well maintained, comfortable, nicely decorated, central air conditioning worked great. 2 things though: the toaster didn't work and we highly suggest that the shrubbery at the entrance of the driveway be cut way back to make a clear view of the oncoming traffic.

The house was newly renovated which was very nice. An upgrade to more comfortable beds would be an improvement. Also, a large 12 cup coffee maker would be nice too. The location of the property is perfect. I understand this is a new rental. They do need to replace the side deck.

The home was clean, well-maintained, had a really nice kitchen. Areas for improvement at this price point, the bed in the main bedroom was advertised as a queen. It was actually a full and we could not comfortably fit. As a result, sleep was poor the entire week. We would not have rented this home had we known the sleeping accommodations.

Hi Adam, the property description is correct. The primary bedroom is the one with the sliding door to the yard and is a queen bed. The middle room has a full bed. The smallest bedroom has 2 twins. As mentioned in the listing, the room with the slider going outside has a queen bed.
