Surf Side Cottages began as a cottage colony in the 1940s and has welcomed generations of families and friends ever since. Just a short walk from resident-only Lecount Hollow Beach, the mid-century modern cottages are perfect for a family getaway or for groups who want to stay in separate cottages while vacationing together. Returning to the same week each summer has become a cherished tradition for many.

Beachcomber is nestled on the ocean side, just steps across the sand to the gorgeous Lecount Hollow Beach. With the beach practically at your doorstep, it’s an ideal spot for enjoying the easy, relaxed rhythm of Cape Cod—morning walks along the water, afternoons in the sun, and ocean breezes drifting through the cottage.

Outside, you’ll find a fire pit perfect for gathering after a day at the beach, along with a private picnic area tucked among the surrounding evergreens. Inside, Beachcomber offers a screened porch, a comfortable sitting and dining area, a fully functional kitchen, and two sweet bedrooms, all wrapped in the classic warmth of traditional knotty pine.

The cottage is very well maintained and thoughtfully updated with a mini-split for added comfort and solar panels. Everything is conveniently located on one level, making Beachcomber an easy and comfortable place to settle in and enjoy your vacation.

Come for the beach, stay for the ocean breezes, quiet starry evenings, and the unmistakable charm of a classic Cape Cod cottage colony. Beachcomber is a place to slow down, reconnect, and enjoy the simple pleasures of summer by the sea.

Pets allowed before Memorial Day and after Labor Day. $100 pet fee.

Non-refundable $150.00 fee (includes administrative fee and damage waiver assurance) plus cleaning fee and applicable state and local taxes. Bring your own linens and towels.
