The first floor of this private home offers a bright renovated kitchen with a large island centrally located between a cozy sitting room, the living room with 55" TV, a dining area, and the spacious back porch. A full bathroom is conveniently located just off the mud room beside the kitchen. The second floor holds a bright bedroom with a king bed and en suite bath, a restful room with a queen, and a comfortable bedroom with two twin beds as well as a full bathroom. The walk out lower level offers an additional room with two twin beds, a game room, and another TV 50" area with a pull out sleeper sofa. Unwind in the outdoor shower. Relax in the air conditioning after a day at the beach. Prepare a feast with loved ones in the well stocked kitchen but most importantly, make lasting memories in this lovely home. BOOK NOW! Great house! Loved the large back deck. Wouldn't recommend the beds in the basement for sleeping. Dark and musty.

family welcomed different days Grand daughter celebrated her 4th birthday Grand daughter celebrated wedding with bridal party Son & 3 grandsons fished & put their boat in the ocean Relaxing on the deck/private & a symphony of frogs & birds The grill was a bit tempermental so we used the stove top. Easy access to the beaches [a pass is a must] & we loved learning about Dennis. 54 yrs vacationing on the cape but never in Dennis.

Home was clean and well appointed. Location was great. Located on on a pond. Lovely deck. Very quiet neighborhood. Couple of issues included upstairs bedrooms. One large AC unit in main bedroom. Other two bedrooms were very hot and stuffy at night. I would recommend window AC units in those rooms. Also, the kitchen, while beautifully renovated, lacked storage space for food. No pantry so families that “cook in” on vacation might find this an issue. Also, having to pick up welcome packet at real estate office 30 minutes away from the home seemed unnecessary. Given all of this, I can still highly recommend this home for your vacation needs/wants.

The owners of this home are very responsive and in accordance with this recommendation, have added AC units so now all upstairs bedrooms and nice cool air! It should also be noted that beginning in 2022, welcome packs are now electronically distributed for the convenience of all guests!

My family's overall stay at this property was amazing. The home was very clean and had everything we needed. The back deck was great to hang out on in the mornings drinking our coffee before starting our day. Corporation beach is about 2.5 miles away from the home and where we spent most of our days. The rental management was very helpful when we had an issue with the stove. The location of this house is in a residential neighborhood with other beautiful homes. We loved how it was set way back off of the main road. It was so peaceful. A great plus for us was that we were able to take our two small dogs with us who also loved hanging out on the back deck with us.

This was a beautiful home. Spacious and comfortable in a natural setting. We were serenaded by birds at breakfast and lunch on the very large deck. Our pup liked walking down to the natural pond. It was such a relaxing week. Home is secluded but close to restaurants and shops and beaches. Would definitely come back.

We loved the house. In a quiet neighborhood. Great location, well stocked, and clean! We especially loved the deck and the outdoor shower! Easy to get to a variety of activities and beaches! would definitely rent again!!
