A short walk down the boardwalk leads you to your private Cape Cod Bay beach directly in front of this second floor condo. Be sure to partake in a whale watching adventure, a sunset beach dune tour, or climb the historic Provincetown Monument. The open kitchen and family room with 30" TV opens to a deck with views of the beach and Cape Cod Bay. Two bedrooms (one with a queen, one with two twin beds) share a full bathroom with a walk in shower. There is parking for two cars on the property. Enjoy the cold water filtration system provided to keep on on hydration! BOOK NOW! Non-refundable $250.00 fee (includes administrative fee and damage waiver insurance) plus applicable state and local taxes.
