The lower level offers two additional bedrooms, full bath with shower, all glass sunroom/tv room, and kitchenette for easy access to the outdoor space.
Bring your water toys for fishing, swimming, and boating. There are three kayaks available for use and a dock.
Literally step out the door and jump in the water for a swim.
If you decide to leave this private oasis and explore the area, Mashpee Commons is a short drive away, as well as the town of Sandwich for exploring, site seeing, shopping and dining.

We had an amazing stay at this special property & I would highly recommend it! The location was perfect- easy to get to & central to so much. The house itself is unique & well cared for. It is a rehabbed boathouse- you literally sit on the water. Wonderful coffee on the deck in the morning watching the birds & other wildlife. It felt like we were in NH not the cape except we could easily get to the beach. It was clean, neat, well stocked with nice extras like music/ sound system throughout the house and outside plus kayaks for use. The owners instructions were detailed & helpful but not over the top. We will absolutely come back. The realtor/owner were super responsive & accommodating. We were able to get an early check in and a late check out which was wonderful & really extended our stay & so appreciated. My only comment would be to be aware of the bed configuration- this house is best for 3 couples with queens and doubles. It worked well for us, I would book it now if it works for you, you will not regret it.

We loved every second of our vacation on the pond! You can't get any closer to the water - we enjoyed swimming, boating, kayaking, and watching the wildlife (monarch butterflies galore) from the patio or balcony or anywhere inside (so many windows!) The house is beautifully maintained, beds were comfortable, plenty of couches/chairs everywhere, kitchen had everything we needed, and we appreciated having all the linens provided. My husband had to work some of the time- but the space in the upstairs bedroom was perfect for that. Roku on the TVs were awesome! Everything was so helpfully labeled around the house! An amazing gem in Mashpee for sure!
