Enjoy all the comforts of home at this 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath pet friendly home! The first level of the home features a living room with 38" TV, kitchen with dining table and full bathroom as well as two bedrooms, one with two twins and one with a queen sized bed. Each bedroom has an A/C unit and new hardwood floors. The second floor has the primary bedroom with a queen sized bed and A/C, as well as a full bathroom just down the hall. Also on the second floor is another large bedroom with two twin sized beds and A/C and a queen. The lower level of the home features a family room with 36" TV, half bathroom, and bar. Added amenities include WIFI, enclosed outdoor shower, a gas and charcoal barbecue grill and a Keurig coffee maker. Up to two dogs allowed at this property. Non-refundable $250.00 fee (includes administrative fee and damage waiver insurance) plus applicable state and local taxes. Linen package is available at additional cost upon request.

We enjoyed this home. It was not a great fit for our physically handicapped adult son. Going up and down the stairs for the outdoor shower was not ideal. We won't stay there again because of that. Price for rental was good. We would love to rent a place closer to Skaket Beach.

We enjoyed a very relaxing two weeks in the cape! The cottage was centrally located to great beaches, mini golf, shopping and restaurants. the cottage had a well appointed kitchen, spacious bedrooms and was on a quiet cul-de-sac. The property manager was responsive and helpful!

Home was perfect for a 2 week vacation and has everything you could need. Home is pet friendly and is extremely clean.
The House is terrific, we have been coming here over 5 years. Although we feel some upgrades are needed.The two twin beds upstairs are not sleepable (not comfortable) we used air mattresses instead. It would be great if you put two Queen beds instead as you have plenty of room and they are a better sleep. Also the fireplace smelled like heavy smoke some days not all. It would also be great to see out the picture window as the bush is very tall. The yard is not as big anymore with the firewood storage not very attractive. A retractable awning would be great for back porch (wicked hot from the sun). Overall we had a great time.
