On the BOTTOM LEVEL there is a large family room, one bedroom with 2 double beds, a full bath with a tub off the hallway, and a separate laundry room. On the SECOND OR MID LEVEL there is an open floor plan for the kitchen, dining, and main living areas with access to the deck. On this level there are also two bedrooms both with queen beds along with a full bath with a tub between these bedrooms. The THIRD OR UPPER LEVEL has 3 bedrooms, one with a queen bed, the other two bedrooms have 2 twin beds in each room, and a bath with shower off the hallway. There is also a small sitting room/loft on this level. In 2009, new floors were put down on the first and mid levels and all bathrooms were updated. Powers Landing, a sandy bayside beach, is a short distance from the house as is the Chequessett Yacht Club and Golf Course. It is about a 5 minute drive to Wellfleet Center and 10 minutes to the ponds and ocean beaches.
