Off the kitchen are two living rooms. The first is a cozy room with seating and a TV. The second is an enclosed large sunroom with a sliding glass door containing a large dining table, seating area, and second TV. This is a great space for the kids to watch a movie or play video games while the adults enjoy the rest of the house. A third large living area offers additional seating, a king sized sleeper sofa, and lovely fireplace. Spacious bedrooms have been recently redecorated and boast brand new furniture. The primary bedroom contains a king bed, offers a quiet sitting/working area, and an en suite full bathroom. There are two rooms each with queen beds to choose from and, an additional bedroom containing 4 twin beds (two sets of bunk beds). Located near Dennis and Bass River, there are many beach and pond options to enjoy nearby. There are outstanding public golf courses within a short drive. The Cape Cod Rail Trail with beautiful freshly paved paths can be accessed from the neighborhood with many attractions just a short bike ride away. For boating enthusiasts, the house offers two large driveways with plenty of room for parking and storing your boat. Public boat ramps are minutes away. You'll make memories to last a lifetime! House includes a Level 2 EV charger with both Tesla and J1772 adaptors, 24 foot cord, 48 amps, 11.5 kW BOOK NOW! Non-refundable $250.00 fee (includes administrative fee and damage waiver insurance) plus applicable state and local taxes. Linen package is available upon request at an additional cost.

We love this house! The property, house, furniture and supplies are all in impeccable condition. Lots of space to spread out, great access to the Cape Cod Rail Trail, quiet neighborhood, and central location on the Cape.

Seven of us, 3 generations, enjoyed a lovely September week @ 72 Keel Cape Drive. There was plenty of room for everybody and lots of diversions.

Beyond expectations! Pictures don't do this amazing property justice. Impeccably maintained home. We felt like we were visiting a friends house. Every light switch was labeled, TV remote controls in one spot, beautiful beach chairs, lawn/beach games and a binder filled with useful information and recommendations. Access to Cape Cod Rail Trail around the corner from the house. Nicely decorated without any clutter. Kitchen had everything you need and nothing that you don't! 53 years on the Cape, 4th generation and this is our favorite rental - ever!

Our family stayed at this home for a week and would highly recommend! The house is very roomy, nicely updated, completely stocked with all you could need, fantastic backyard with lots of games to pass the time. Location is just a short 15-20 minute drive to Hyannis but also with plenty of options near the home.

It was a nice vacation,it was our 4th year, however disappointed that it is pet friendly as we have allergies. The dog hair was every where and we had to clean when we first got there.
