Located beside Cedar Pond which is great for fishing, this home offers all of the privacy and convenience you could ask for while enjoying your Cape Cod vacation. Walk to Main Street and the Bike Trail in less than a half mile or bike to beautiful Skaket Beach - just a mile away! This home has a very private setting with only one other home on the small family friendly street. The interior features a large living room with Cable TV and sliding door to the deck, full kitchen, dining area and a full, renovated bath. The primary bedroom offers a queen sized bed and window a/c unit, the second bedroom has another queen sized bed and window a/c unit, and the third bedroom features a set bunk beds. Enjoy evening barbecues on the deck complete with a gas grill! Other amenities include wireless internet and an enclosed outdoor shower. Don't forget to bring your family pet as dogs and cats are welcome!
Non-refundable $250.00 fee (includes administrative fee and damage waiver insurance) plus applicable state and local taxes. Linen package is available at additional cost upon request.

We enjoyed staying in this Orleans cottage. Property was clean and ready for use when we arrived. Beds were comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed, option to sit inside or outside was great, bathroom spacious, and having an outside shower was a bonus after spending the day at the beach. The bonus family room was quite large and a fun place for the family to watch a movie together. We brought our dog along for the week and the property has a comfortably-sized yard along with easy to access walking areas nearby. We often walked into town (~5 min) to grab a cone or coffee. We also were within a couple miles of Skaket or Rock Harbor which were a beautiful run or bike ride in the early mornings. We enjoyed attending a playoff baseball game in Orleans and ate at several restaurants including Bella Vita, a taco place, and hit the nearby market for food. Mini-golf was a short bike ride and the rail trail was quite close to the cottage as well which allowed us to ride all the way to Wellfleet. Our family enjoys surfing so we went out to Wellfleet to Marconi Beach though Nauset Beach in Orleans would have been fun too. All in all it was a fantastic week. Thank you.

Our cottage was in the perfect location and the home was clean and comfortable. When we reached out to Berkshire Hathaway during our stay they immediately responded. Looking forward to next summer at this quaint cottage.

We had wonderful week on cape cod. Went to the National seashore,then visited the fort hill area. We also went to Sandwich to visit the new brewery. It was a wonderful week, the only thing wrong was it had NO DISHWASHER and the refrigerator needs to be up dated
