This adorable waterfront 2 bedroom, 2 bath cottage is located in the “Colonial Village” cottage complex in Truro. It offers splendid, unobstructed views of Cape Cod Bay. It is spacious and offers queen beds in both bedrooms. There is an additional sleeping loft with two twin beds plus a futon in the living room. The open living area has glass sliding doors that open directly to the outdoor deck which is just steps from the beach. The kitchen is fully stocked and has a washer and dryer in the cottage. Enjoy the enclosed outdoor shower to rinse off after a day on the beach. Located just back from Shore Road, you can easily catch the shuttle into Provincetown for dinner, see a show, shopping or enjoy the galleries. Revel in the gorgeous sunsets from your private deck or cast a line to fish from the shore line. Non-refundable $250.00 fee (includes administrative fee and damage waiver insurance) plus applicable state and local taxes.

Very nice location, sand and bay nearby. We enjoyed good weather, a little warm at times with just fans. Our second year here. The switches for light and ceiling fan in the main room still need repair!

We enjoyed our week with grandchildren. Good neighbors, lots of room for them to play in sand just outside, and walking distance from the water. However, it was very hot. It should have fans in every room as well as one in the loft since the cottage is not air conditioned.

Thanks to Berkshire Hathaway for bringing us better fans! nice location but needed new fans as well as repairs (fix light high up in main room),washer drier erratic and small. very hot weather would suggest some air conditioning. hope to find a different place next summer.
