Rent its adjoining unit - property #1813 - and bring the extended family along for some summer fun! Offering one level living, it also features an open layout with living area complete with a flat screen TV, dining table and kitchen. Spend evenings on the great front deck with outdoor furniture and a gas grill for summer barbecues! The outdoor shower is perfect for a quick rinse after a long day on the beach! Available for 3 night rentals off season with an added cleaning fee. Avoid the cleaning fee by booking 7+ consecutive nights. Non-refundable $250.00 fee (includes administrative fee and damage waiver insurance) plus applicable state and local taxes. Linen package is available at additional cost upon request.

Enjoyed last minute stay. Cottage very clean. Confused about where laundry was. No description of what beach flag was for and which one was ours. Walkable public beach. Glad to have side walks now on lower county. Love this area of Dennis

This was the first time we had rented a vacation property on Cape Cod and could not have been happier. The location was perfect we could walk to the small public beach and the unit was immaculate and perfect for our family's needs. We were close to other activities that we wanted to do during our stay food, mini golf, shopping, ice cream beaches touring etc. This property would be perfect for two small families to rent side by side since it is a duplex. We would recommend this property to others and would love to be able to rent here again, possibly with another family!!

The cottage was lovely. Spacious. The AC was welcomed. The BBQ grill was a little small but we made it work. Of course we will be back ...
This cottage is clean and was well appointed to suit my family of five. Nice and close to the beach, and the deck is fantastic for morning coffee or afternoon relaxation in the sun. We spent a lot of time out there. There were a few disappointments though. First, the washer and dryer are in the basement and are shared with the people renting the other unit. We lucked out that it was a single guy so he didn’t use it much. The outdoor shower wasnt really usable because there was this big timing device for the garden sprinklers in it. Also the grass hadn’t been weedwacked/mowed and it felt like we were in the marshes! So we missed having that. We also had to call the realtor for gas for the grill- not a huge deal as the realtor was extremely responsive. I think the place itself is best suited for two families that know each other due to the lack of privacy on the deck. However, it was very nice and it worked fine for us as we did know this ahead of time. Overall if the outdoor shower was a bit nicer, we’d consider renting this again with friends or family to share the other side!
