This Cape Cod retreat is a step above! A 2BR/1BA home light filled with an open floor plan, tasteful furnishings, modern amenities, and central air all combine to make this an ideal vacation home. The kitchen is well stocked with stainless appliances and granite countertops. Each bedroom is furnished with quality mattresses. In the completely fenced in back yard sit outside on the deck and enjoy outdoor cooking on the gas grill, or refresh in the private hot water outdoor shower. A short stroll will bring you to Long Pond where you can go freshwater swimming or just a short drive to Bass River Beach or Parker River Beach. There are many restaurants, shopping and fun family entertainment opportunities very close by. Whether relaxing inside, or outside on the deck, the surroundings are sure to please. This home is available for 3 night minimum stays with an added $150 cleaning fee. (Cleaning fee included with 7 nights or more) Non-refundable $250.00 fee (includes administrative fee and damage waiver insurance) plus applicable state and local taxes. Linen package is available upon request at an additional cost.

Neat, clean little house. A bit spartan in unexpected areas. For example, there were no small trash cans in the bathroom or bedrooms and a pretty sorry assortment of pots and pans. Lovely fire pit but no wood provided by owner. And I do not recall a vacation rental at which there was no cooking spice at all - not even salt and pepper. Close to beaches and 28 and a nice, quiet street.
