This 3 bedroom 2 bath contemporary Cape-style home was built in 2004 and is located on a knoll in a small residential neighborhood on the ocean side of Route 6, between Gross Hill Road and Gull Pond Road. The interior is bright and open and there is a front porch as well as a deck off the dining area. There is a bedroom with a queen on the first floor along with the kitchen, dining, and living areas. There are two bedrooms on the second floor, one with a king, and one with three twins. It is about ½ mile into Wellfleet Center via Briar Lane, about 5 minutes by car to Gull Pond, and a little farther to the ocean beaches. Non-refundable $250.00 fee (includes administrative fee and damage waiver insurance) plus applicable state and local taxes. Linen package is available at additional cost upon request..

The location was perfect. Close to the beaches.
The site needs new photos. The current photos do not do the place justice. We enjoyed our vacation immensely.
This was a lovely comfortably furnished, tastefully decorated home with all the amenities. We particularly enjoyed the covered porch in front, as well as the side deck with a large umbrella; we were always able to find shade outside.
