One of the highlights of this apartment is the private patio dedicated for renters use creating a charming outdoor space where you can soak up the sunshine and enjoy the fresh air. The patio is furnished with comfortable seating and features a grill, allowing you to enjoy barbecues and a delightful outdoor meal. For your convenience, the apartment provides a washer and dryer, so you can easily take care of your laundry during your stay. No need to worry about finding a laundromat or packing excessive amounts of clothing. Simply freshen up your wardrobe at your leisure. The full bathroom offers a bathtub, allowing you to indulge in a relaxing soak whenever you desire. Parking is a breeze with two dedicated spaces available for your vehicles. Pets considered (dogs only please) for an additional $150 per dog per booking fee. This home accepts stays of 3 nights or more for an added $150 cleaning fee. The unit itself is lovely, spacious and comfortable. It's a ground floor unit, so not a lot of sunlight. My only complaint is that it was so incredibly noisy a few of the mornings and all the sound could be heard in the unit that I was staying in. So, I woke up at 6am for 2-3 days in a row because there was so much noise in the owner's unit above. I actually left/ended my reservation early because I could not handle the noise so early in the morning. I would not recommend that anyone stay here if the family in the upstairs unit will be there at the same time.

This is a beautifully decorated, comfortable and modern apartment with all the necessary amenities. It is nestled in the quaint town of Brewster. We loved our surroundings and would definitely go back in the future.

We found the rental to be very clean. The furniture and decor was fresh and comfortable. The bathroom was all new. Location close to routes 6A and 6. Great accomendations for a getaway

Very well appointed apartment. Super clean and modern. Brand new. Gorgeous. We live at the Linnell Landing beach when we are at the Cape - it's a quick hop in the car from the Apt. Great place.
