The home is equipped with all your summer must-haves to include central air, tile floors, and a private, enclosed outside hot/cold shower. Enjoy all the amenities of this bright and spacious home and outdoor dining area. Meal times are made easy in this fully equipped kitchen, stocked with pots and pans, silverware, and other counter-top appliances. For entertainment enjoy the large screen HDTV and wireless internet, show your competitive side in a game of ping pong, or exercise on a new fitness cycle. The first floor has a full bath with bathtub and a bedroom with two twin sized beds. The second floor features the primary bedroom with queen sized bed and a half bath just outside the doorway. Enjoy a sunny afternoon relaxing on the patio cooking on the gas grill. Spend the day lounging at the private beach just a quick walk away, or at the public beach, only about a ½ mile walk. Rent in the off-season and enjoy cozy, heated living. Non-refundable $250.00 fee (includes administrative fee and damage waiver insurance) plus applicable state and local taxes. Linen package is available at additional cost upon request.

Property was very nice. Management company Cape Cod Oceanview Realty was horrid. They were non-responsive, had no local knowledge and I had to chase them down through the entire process. For what was offered property was very expensive due to Cape Cod Realty Host Fees, service fees. Significant cost!!! most of which is non-refundable at reservation request!!! All this before Rent and Tax! With all the work I had to do to execute this transaction I should be charging VRBO a fee! Honestly I thought that this property was being managed from some out of state firm. In future I will be avoiding Cape Cod Oceanview Realty properties on VRBO. Just a plain expensive poor experience. This is Vacation Rental by expensive third party...VRBETP

This is my second year staying here- and it’s amazing. Walking distance to a private beach with two young children is like heaven. Also, enjoyed the amazing outdoor shower, central air, full kitchen and large living space. What more could you want- we relaxed snd went to the beach at least twice a day and honestly had a blast. Place is clean and tidy always.

My family & I stayed at the house this past August. It was great! The home was super clean, well stocked with kitchen supplies and close to beach access. No problems at all!! We had a wonderful time & would definitely stay here again.

This house is perfect for the whole family! With outdoor shower and 3 levels of space it’s the perfect spot! Walking distance to private beach this house made our vacation perfection! We barely left except to get take out! Spent all day basically alone on the beach it was amazing.
