This spacious and comfortable 2-story contemporary home sits on a wooded lot within a short distance to a public boat ramp to launch on Pleasant Bay and minutes away from Nauset, Skaket and Pleasant Bay beaches. With four bedrooms and three baths, it sleeps up to 8 effortlessly. The first level features a living room, family room, fully equipped kitchen, and two bedrooms, each with a queen-sized bed. The second floor offers another full bath along with the two additional bedrooms, one with a queen-sized bed and the second with two twins. Amenities include central A/C, wireless internet, washer/dryer, outdoor shower, an outdoor deck with dining table and a gas grill for summer barbecues. Non-refundable $250.00 fee (includes administrative fee and damage waiver insurance) plus applicable state and local taxes.. Linen package is available at additional cost upon request.

This house was spacious and easily accommodated our family of 7 adults and 1 grandchild. The pocket doors allowed us to close off the living room so our voices would not disturb our grandchild during naps.

This home was perfect for our week long getaway in the Orleans area! There were 8 adults and we found the accommodations to be well suited to our needs. Not only was the kitchen extremely well-equipped, but it was clear that the owners have taken extra steps to ensure renters were comfortable. The outdoor deck was one of our favorite spots to eat and sit and relax. We had never stayed in this area of Orleans before but the location was ideal for utilizing our canoe at the local boat launch. We thoroughly enjoyed our week on the Cape and much of that was due to the wonderful accommodations!

Our family of 2 adults and 3 children enjoyed our stay in this well-situated home. With unusually large rooms, 3 bathrooms, kitchen complete with everything you’d need for your stay, lovely deck with enough seating, newly constructed outdoor shower and double garage filled with beach items for borrowing! It was a pleasure to fill the birdbath and watch the bird-visitors eat at the well-stocked feeder. The small-boat launch at the end of the street was a great destination to poke around in for sea creatures when we weren’t at the sandy beaches. We enjoyed our stay!

My week at this house was so restful and enjoyable. A quiet getaway in a comfortable and well-furnished house—very clean and spacious. A really convenient location for exploring the Cape, fairly close to the beach, restaurants, but also away from the noise and traffic. Wonderful area to walk with nearby trails.

We enjoy staying here every year. House is beautiful and on a beautiful street. Central air kept us nice and cool. We had family barbecues on the nice big deck in the back every night.
