This comfy cottage sits high on a hill offering amazing views of Chipman's Cove. Come and relax on the back deck and enjoy the view and the famous Cape Cod sunsets. Enter the lower level and you will find a nice TV room, full bath and on the other side a washer/dryer. Up the stairs on the main level of the home you will find an open living room/dining area and kitchen that offer wonderful views of Chipman's Cove via the floor to ceiling windows in the living room area. There are three bedrooms on the main level, (1 Queen, 1 Double, 1 Bunk Bed Set), and a full bath for all to share. This is a pet friendly rental property. Non-refundable $250.00 fee (includes administrative fee and damage waiver insurance) plus applicable state and local taxes. Linen package is available at additional cost upon request.

We loved the location of this rental. The view was outstanding. The rental was clean on the top level. The bottom level had a strong odor entering the stairwell. Upon further inspection, there were mouse droppings and mouse urine under the drywall of the basement ceiling that was causing the smell. No mice were seen, but we didn't really use the basement because of that.

Location location location. Spectacular view of bay & harbor without obstructions!! House is more like a well equipped cabin. In need of upgrading renovations though functional & homey. It felt like we were visiting a cousin. Sea pebbles, seashells collecting dust on windows. Plenty of good quality towels linens, napkins, tablecloths, dishes, cookware, baking supplies! Kayaks & beach gear!
