This adorable PET FRIENDLY cape style home is located on a peaceful, residential, dead end road, close to two fresh water ponds and just a short drive to Pleasant Bay! +++NEW FOR 2024-renovated kitchen, bathrooms, and dining areas*** The property offers four comfortable bedrooms and two baths, sleeping up to 8. The first floor has a fully equipped kitchen, cozy living , formal dining room, a full bath and two bedrooms, one with Queen sized bed and the other with two twin sized beds. Upstairs are two additional bedrooms, one with a Queen sized bed and the second with a full bed and a daybed. There is also a full bathroom with tub/shower combination. Outside, a spacious deck features outdoor furniture and a charcoal grill, as well as an enclosed outdoor shower, great for rinsing off after a day at the beach. Great amenities are wireless internet, central air and washer/dryer. Non-refundable $250.00 fee (includes administrative fee and damage waiver insurance) plus applicable state and local taxes. Linen package is available upon request for maximum capacity at an additional cost.

We had plenty of room in the house for 2 dogs, 4 adults, and 2 children. It was great, and the Chatham area is great. We had central air, and I'm glad we did since it was hot and humid many days of the week.

Very nice neighborhood. Appreciated that we were allowed to bring our dogs and the neighborhood was great for walking them. Loved being 15 minutes away from the Rail trail for biking, Nickerson State park for hiking and lovely beaches (especially the Monomoy Nature preserve in North Chatham). Well stocked kitchen. Would definitely return!

It was wonderful. House was clean when we got there. Kitchen had excellent utensils (pots and pans as well) to entertain. Beds were comfortable and spacious bedrooms. Spacious living space and great open kitchen. Great space outdoors for a few families to be there at a time. Overall great place.

House was comfortable however there weren't any steps off the deck to the outdoor shower. Very quiet neighborhood.

Spacious, very comfortable house in a peaceful, very quiet location. Well-stocked with kitchenware and appliances. Outdoor shower, central air and charcoal grill were a plus!

The home was was nicely maintained and comfortable. However, I am dissatisfied that your company did not follow up with my e-mail, dated September 10, 2020, or return my phone call, requesting an explanation about why I was refunded $19.90 instead of the entire deposit. We left the property as clean. or cleaner, as it was when we arrived.

wonderful house for a family vacation

We spent 2 weeks here and greatly enjoyed discovering the Chatham beaches which were great for the younger kids in the family. With three generations to consider, it was a perfect location for everyone to easily get to Nauset beach, downtown Chatham, stores and restaurants and the neighborhood was very quiet and perfect for walks with the dog and younger kids.

The location of this Chatham cottage was perfect! It was at a dead end, quiet road in a development. The cottages was located near several great beaches for families. I huge plus was it was pet friendly! Our chocolate lab loved coming on our ocean vacation with us. The house was comfortable with central air, outdoor shower and small porch with picnic table to eat outside on nice nights. The kitchen could use a few updates such as the oven, but overall great stay and we would stay again!

We were very impressed with the excellent condition of the home and furnishings. Kudos to the owner for reinvesting and keeping this home in such great shape. The location in the quiet neighborhood is awesome for walks with the kids amid other well kept properties. We'll definitely be returning here again.
