A well-kept 3-bedroom, 2 full bath ranch in Captain's Village neighborhood. This home has everything you need to have a comfortable vacation. Oak flooring, laundry, central A/C and a beautiful 3 season room. The open kitchen, dining room and living room offer great entertaining space. Bedroom 1 has a king size bed and an ensuite full bath. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and bedroom 3 has 2 twins beds. A level fenced yard makes for a peaceful evening out on the deck and room for outside games. Convenient to the Bass River and Bayberry Hills Golf Courses. Available for 3 night minimums off season with an added cleaning fee. Save on the cleaning fee by booking 7 or more consecutive nights! Non-refundable $250.00 fee (includes administrative fee and damage waiver insurance) plus applicable state and local taxes. Linen package is available upon request at an additional cost.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at 45 windjammer in south Yarmouth. The property was so homey, warm and inviting. The kitchen was fully stocked for everything needed to cook especially for a long time stay. The master bedroom bed was so comfortable. The office staff was also very kind and quick to help when any problems arouse. Highly recommend! 5/5

I should of know when I open the door the handle fell off it was going to be a nightmare currently three weeks later and I’m still waiting for my security deposit

With regards to your security deposit, which was issued on 10/24, we must await the homeowners' return prior to issuing, as long as it does not exceed the state requirement of 30 days, which happened to be the case in this instance. All of your feedback has been shared with the homeowners. Whether during one's stay or post-departure, we work closely with our homeowners to ensure all necessary repairs and improvements are completed. I have rented this home for the past 3 summers. The home is as described and more. The space is very generous and comfortable for a family. The lovely yard is spacious and well landscaped with lots of privacy. The property owner has been available to answer questions when I have needed to contact the real estate agency with any concerns. Quiet neighborhood that is convenient to stores, activities and beaches. Great location.
