Looking for the perfect Cape Cod getaway with ocean views, beach access moments away, a pool and all the excitement of downtown minutes away? Look no further: welcome to The Breakwaters! A small collection of condos tucked by the ocean off of Sea Street in Hyannis, this property gives you everything you need for a fabulous vacation and more. This end unit condominium features a bedroom with a king bed, a living room with a double pull out couch, a kitchen, a full bathroom and water view deck. The unit can sleep 4 comfortably.
Located just 350 feet from the path to Keyes Memorial Beach you and your guests will spend the day sunning and swimming! After the beach you can come back and hop in the pool at the complex! The pool is open Mid-June through Labor Day, 7 days a week from 11am-7pm and there is a lifeguard on the property during operating hours. Main Street Hyannis is just .8 miles away, featuring dozens of shopping and dining options. The walk along Sea Street is lit up at night by street lamps and has a sidewalk, making traveling back and forth to dinner a breeze. The deck at the home has a dining table for 4 and an umbrella for shade on those hot days. The bedroom has an AC unit to keep you cool on those balmy nights! The unit comes with all linens and towels provided, beach chairs, beach umbrella and a cooler. Propane grill, cable TV and Wi-Fi are of course included too. Reserved parking for one car plus guest parking may be available. Subject to applicable taxes and fees. Seven night minimum, Sat. to Sat. During the peak season. Shorter stays available during the shoulder and off seasons. No pets, please. All Robert Paul Vacation Rental bookings include a non-refundable $250 fee that includes administrative fee and damage waiver insurance for self-reported incidental damage up to $1,000.00.

This was 1 bed/1 bath was perfect for my husband and me! We loved being able to wake up and be within minutes from the beach. We definitely would stay here again.

I've had some pretty bad experiences, so I was nervous about taking this leap of faith, especially since it was a duplex rental & you never know who is going to be your "neighbors". I am SO HAPPY we selected this rental! I knew it was small, but the space was well utilized so we were comfortable the entire time. I love to cook, so I struggled with the tiny amount of counter space, but we managed OK. Very comfy sofa, loved the vintage maple drop leaf table & REALLY loved the closet space. Our grandchildren spent 2 nights with us & we were still quite comfy in the space. They loved the beach at the end of the street. We also really liked our "neighbors" the first week. No judgment on the folks during week 2, as they kept to themselves. We ran into a couple maintenance issues which garnered a prompt follow-up & an immediate response/solution. Adam was AWESOME! He was patient with my litany of questions & addressed my concerns in a pleasant, professional manner. The portable AC in the BR was inadequate - I would recommend a wall-mounted split A/C.

Very basic. Bathroom small and outdated. Kitchen very small and outdated. Not too clean. Fridge door was dirty in seams. Oven handle rusted and stove exhaust dirty and rusted.
Bedroom good.
Living room basic. TV small.
Plenty of beach necessities , towels, chairs, umbrella, cooler.

It was a really relaxing vacation. We used to stay there with our kids. Clean, quiet and the best part the beach was right there.
