My wife and I stayed in unit 4A last week and we noticed immediately that the bathroom had black mold. The shower curtain/liner and the window curtains/blinds all had mold. The day before we left we noticed a great deal of bug bites on us both. My wife left the property with 100+ bites on her legs. Overall, the property was filthy! We've never stayed at a rental property this bad. Please do yourself a favor and stay anywhere else!

Upon being notified, we replaced the shower curtain immediately to address your concern. Additionally, we planned to assess and replace the window treatments without disturbing your peace, especially during your daughter's nap time.
We understand your worries regarding bug bites. Please be assured that we had a professional technician inspect the property, and they confirmed the absence of bed bugs. The local environment on Cape Cod can indeed present challenges with natural insects like sand fleas, especially near beach areas. Using insect repellent is recommended to enhance comfort outdoors.
We have communicated your feedback to the homeowner and our property management team to ensure a thorough review and remediation of the concerns you've highlighted.

We were extremely disappointed in the condition of the unit. This was not the quality of a VRBO that we are accustomed to. It was dirty (unclean glasses, dirt on walls and doors) and we had to clean egg off a chair before sitting on it. Although the bathroom was described as a “modern full bathroom,” we did not have bath soap and ran out of toilet paper. The deck was described as “inviting;” however, it consisted of a rusty patio set with three chairs. The Wi-Fi was very sporadic and there were no directions on which of the four remotes should be used to access the TV. The king bed was two twin beds pushed together, but it was described on VRBO as a “luxurious king bed.” Furthermore, the dead bolt did not work. The best part about this rental was the location.
