The primary bedroom is set apart from the other bedrooms and features a queen sized bed, 26" flat screen Tv, sitting area and private, en suite bath with glass shower stall. The second bedroom features a queen sized bed and the third a double sized bed and a bunkbed. Down the hall is also a second full, common bath with tub/shower combination. The deck off of the living area features a gas grill and outdoor furniture and is the perfect place to relax and enjoy an evening barbecue. The outdoor shower, just off the deck, is perfect for a quick rinse after a day on the beach. Great amenities such as central air, wireless internet and washer/dryer complete this great home! Book today for your choice of weeks! Off season 2 night minimums with an added cleaning fee available! Non-refundable $250.00 fee (includes administrative fee and damage waiver insurance) plus applicable state and local taxes. Linen package is available at additional cost upon request.

This home is in a neighborhood just off of route 28. The location is great as it’s about 1 1/2 miles from Seagull Beach and convenient to 28. House has plenty of room and there is a sizable backyard. Kitchen is fine. The bathrooms are in need of a makeover. Quest bathroom has a shower/ tub that does not drain well. The homeowner has a “maintenance man” named Moe... avoid dealing with him as he is a super grouchy man and is not at all helpful. He showed up as the washing machine was broken upon our arrival. He was rude and inconsiderate! The property management company was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. Not that we enjoyed spending our vacation time dealing with issues but at least both Cathleen and Matt stepped up to help us. Homeowner should strongly consider another handy man.
We would definitely consider returning if bathrooms are redone. House needs some maintenance.

We have rented this property for the past 7 years for a combined family vacation. We enjoy the home and it's location. Beaches are close, walk to ice cream and some shopping. You feel you are in a residential neighborhood and not a bunch of rental cottages. But I have to say that the house needs some tlc. New beds would be great, some painting outside and in, would be great to have clean windows, we had a plumbing problem that took three visits to fix by the maintenance guy. All in all we had a great time and plan to return next year maybe for two weeks.

Great cape vacation. This rental met all our needs. The house was clean. Location was perfect. We are returning renters. Can’t wait for next year.

Thumbs down to CCOR , sorry guys but your customer service was disappointing. Many issues and not solved during my week long stay.
My family and I have stayed at property previously and enjoyed it but lack of communication and service will keep us from not returning to same realtor. Sufferd all week with NO AC!
I would recommend the home but the property is tired and used....needs a good deep clean.
Maintenance man Bo tried to help but problem wasn’t fixed.

Rented this beautiful home last minute for two couples who plans to travel south were cancelled. We found the perfect home....2 bedrooms were on one side of the ranch, the master was on the other so we each had a separate area. Home was well organized and very clean. Outside deck had great seating and clean grill. Front porch was small and had two rocking chairs, perfect for morning coffee. Kitchen was stocked with all pot/pans and utensils needed. The home is within 1.5 miles to Seagull Beach (we walked and drove) within walking distance to liquor store, ice cream and restaurants. We were all glad that we were able to be on vacation and felt very comfortable in this home.
