Explore the Cape from this adorable condo unit located directly on Nantucket Sound. Conveniently located in the mid-Cape area, your day trips can end with a sunset stroll on the Old Wharf Village private beach. Each bedroom has its own separate bathroom and provides privacy for traveling companions, with the convenience of a well-appointed kitchen and comfortable living area. There is an AC unit in each of the rooms. Tile floors throughout make sweeping up sand a breeze! There is parking for 2 cars with supplied parking pass. Non-refundable $250.00 fee (includes administrative fee and damage waiver insurance) plus applicable state and local taxes. Linen package is available upon request.

Although we've rented other units in this complex in the past and we are very familiar with the layout and the locale we were disappointed that this unit didn't have a washer and dryer. However, the biggest disappointment was the fact that there was a problem with the gas line to the building and for the last 3 days of our stay we had no hot water and no use of the stove. There also seemed to be no sign of anyone working on the problem. We were also told by another unit owner that the owner of the entire building has been very non responsive to complaints in the past. This is certainly something that needs to be addressed.

The house was very nice, no washer dryer, which we knew before we rented and no linens we also knew, made for a lot of laundry! Would recommend a washer dryer to upgrade the place.

The location was perfect, close to shops and restaurants, steps to the private beach.

Disappointments - the AC in one of the bedrooms was not working, but, the maintenance staff brought a window unit promptly. The pool and hot tub were not open - no notice for this, and we chose this condo for its pool option! Very disappointing.

Along with the very convenient location, being just steps to a private beach is certainly one of our favorite features of this rental! We are sorry to hear your disappointment regarding the pool and hot tub having not been open. That being said, I must admit that it is a bit of a mystery as to how you were aware of a pool & hot tub on premises prior to reserving, as these features are intentionally omitted for just that reason - they are indeed part of the property, but are not included as an amenity because they are not intended for usage by renters.

We absolutely loved this condo! It was clean, nicely decorated, filled with everything we needed, and in a great location! We loved that the beach was a few steps away! We loved that there was a “patio” overlooking the beach. We brought our corn hole. The only downside was that the pool and the hot tub were out of order. We would definitely rent here again!

The condo location was great, just steps to the beach. The unit was very, very clean, except for a couple throw rugs on the floor. Check in was a breeze. The unit does not have an oven which we must have overlooked in the description. It also doesn’t have a washer and dryer which was a little inconvenience, but we knew this ahead of time. One shower had very little water pressure so all 4 of us used one shower. One bedroom has no bedside lamps so you have to get out of bed after reading to turn the lights out. The air conditioning units in the kitchen and one bedroom did not work and there are no ceiling fans. They could not get parts to fix them which was not the managers fault, but fans would have been nice. The managers were quick to respond to the air conditioner issue. There are many plusses for this condo and it suited our purposes, but I probably would not rent it again.

Clean. Nice furniture. Electrical and gas stove problems! Ocean view now has another condo building erected. Just a few steps to ocean which is wonderful. and it’s private but smallish area.

My husband and I had a great time at Old Wharf Road from 7/18 - 8/1 rental! The condo was clean and very well decorated which made us feel like we were at the beach. There was more than enough room very comfortable. It was stocked with kitchen dishes and everything we needed to cook. We did need to contact the realty regarding a few small issues and it was taken care right away! We are already planning next year’s two weeks
