This contemporary cape style home is a lovely vacation rental. With lots of room inside and out, this is a great home for any group of friends or a family vacation. The main floor is spacious and comfortably furnished with ample sitting room for all. The open floor plan is great for preparing and enjoying meals while still being a part of the conversation. Just off the dining area is a screened porch, ideal for enjoying breezy nights and beautiful mornings with a cup of coffee. The three spacious bedrooms sleep seven and the two full baths are just right. This home backs up to a wooded hill so privacy is no issue while sunbathing or barbequing on the expansive back deck. If you are up for a little walk, Long Pond and Dyer Pond aren't too far away! If the ocean is more your speed, Newcomb Hollow beach is just a short drive.
