Enjoy Cape Cod from this beautiful newly renovated home! With 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths, one 1/2 bath, it sleeps up to 10 very comfortably. This house offers two levels living with central A/C throughout. The first floor has a fully equipped kitchen, comfy living area with a 36" TV, formal dining room with seating for 8, and one primary bedroom with a king sized bed, 36"TV, & beautiful en suite bathroom with stand up shower. Upstairs are three additional bedrooms, one with a queen sized bed, the second with a double sized bed (new mattress for 2023) , and the third with four twin sized beds(two sets of bunk beds). There is also a full bath on the second floor with tub/shower combination. Less than 1.5 mile to Seagull Beach. Amenities include gas grill, outdoor furniture, outdoor shower, washer/dryer and wireless internet, ping-pong table! Gather the family and book this great home for your summer vacation today! There are exterior surveillance cameras in the yard. Non-refundable $250.00 fee (includes administrative fee and damage waiver insurance) plus applicable state and local taxes. This is a wonderful house to vacation at and I highly recommend it for large families. We have stayed at this location twice. The only recommendation for this house would be for a better back yard to socialize in. (suggestion only)

To the real estate company, a 9:30am checkout is too early. That is the only reason for my 4-star review for the property management company, other than that I would highly recommend this management company when renting. They are safe and reliable which is why I book through them. Thank you!

Beautiful home, clean!!! We were 2 families traveling together and there was more than enough space for everyone. Beds were comfy and the kids loved the bunk room. We ate at Skallys down the road and they good food and great price on kids meals. If I had to say one bad thing it would be we would’ve loved an open outdoor shower but I suspect it was covered due to security cameras in the back and a clothesline would’ve been nice. Otherwise this home had everything we could ask for and we would definitely consider staying here again.

Compared to the place we rented last year, this one was a palace! We were very happy with the cleanliness and the fact that there was no shortage of paper goods and cleaning supplies (dish soap, hand soap, laundry detergent, etc.). Although it was just me and my husband, our adult daughter joined us for a few days. The beds were very comfortable, and you can easily sleep 10 people. Also, great location!

We had a great vacation in this house. It was perfect for the 2 families we had staying here. The place was very clean with the perfect touches. I would’ve like some sort of outside seating but everything was pretty perfect.

House is in a very quiet area even though it is very close to 28 and attractions(water park and 2 mini golfs.Very close but not easily walkable to nice beach

We had an amazing time down the cape in July staying at this property. We have a toddler and the house was so kid friendly. We really appreciated the crayons, coloring books, chalk, shovels, pails, bubbles, etc that the owners had available.
The house was extremely spacious and up to date. There were 7 of us in total and space was never an issue. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could possible need.
We will definitely consider renting this property again if we vacation again next year!

The home was large, fairly well kept, and centrally located. Just a few items to note: dishwasher and toaster did not work well (very sharp piece broken off the bottom), dining room chairs are falling apart, dining room light flickers on and off. I put the washer through the cleaning cycle, but it still had a foul odor, the dryer does not dry well. There was fish in the oven and grill as well as a bag of potatoes in the island cupboard ( I tossed all). Fish was stored in the fridge leaving a VERY strong fish smell. The check-out policy asked that we sweep/vacuum, but the brooms were not in good working condition and the vacuum did not work.

Our family was very happy with our stay. The house was very clean and the kids love the ping pong table. Spacious living to fit an entire family. Close enough to walk or bike to Sea Gull Beach.

We had a great experience. The house was large enough for our group. Kitchen had all supplies we needed. The only things we would change were the loveseat in the living room was older and we could not sit on it without the faux leather sticking to any exposed skin, therefore we barely used it for our two week stay. Also would recommend a laundry line or rack that could be used to dry things after the beach. Otherwise everything was perfect!
