This home is the prefect spot for your ultimate Cape Cod experience. You are very close to Coast Guard Beach recently rated# 3 in the world. The Cape Cod Bike trail is within a 1/2 mile from the house and the Cape Cod Visitor Center is a short distant away. Close by is Nauset Beach, Wiley Park (fresh water), First Encounter Beach (Bay) and national known Arnold’s seafood restaurant. The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms cooled by a mini-split on the first floor with separate air conditioning units in each bedroom. The first floor has the primary bedroom with a king size bed and a second bedroom offers 2 twin beds. The upstairs bathroom offers a full bath with a tub. The lower level offers another bedroom with a queen size bed, a separate entrance and a bathroom with laundry area. Also in the lower area is a family room with a 55 inch TV, Comcast/Xfinity and a DVD player. Internet is also available. A “Wave” ventilation system helps with summer humidity. A standby generator is on site in case of power failures. There is an outdoor shower with hot/cold water and plenty of room for outdoor grilling on the gas grill and spacious 16’ x 31’ deck. Reserve your choice of weeks as this desirable rental books fast. Non-refundable $250.00 fee (includes administrative fee and damage waiver insurance) plus applicable state and local taxes. Linen package is available at additional cost upon request.

Awesome location for access to the beaches and bike path. Easy walk to Arnolds for food, ice cream and mini-golf. The house had everything we needed and was perfect for family get away. One issue came up with a power problem that caused the smoke and CO alarms to go off and the property manager had it resolved within 30 minutes! Amazing and appreciated response!

The house is as advertised. There’s plenty of space for a family of 4 plus grandparents. Everything was clean and in good shape. The deck is awesome. The space is adequately air conditioned. It’s a quick bike ride to the National Seashore, and a little longer but not too bad to the bay. Restaurants and such in Eastham are good, though we did go to Orleans for the supermarket and some other shopping needs. We had a great family vacation!

Clean and comfortable.
The house we rented in Eastham was very nice, and lived up to its description. The owners spared no expenses with the amenities and the house was very clean.The deck was amazing and it made for wonderful gatherings with family. I would rent again, but most of our family rents in Wellfleet, so that is the only reason why we wouldn't return next year. The location is very convenient to all beaches.
